Once we have received the information required along with payment, one of our designers will set about building your site. The finished design will be sent to you for approval and at this stage we can make any changes that you require to the content or look of the website. Once the design is approved, one of our developers will link up all of the pages, add any scripts required and optimise your site in order to achieve good search engine rankings. The final stage will be to publish your site to the web and submit it to the search engines at which stage, we will email you with confirmation that your website is up an running.

Want to know how we build your website?
Before we start building your website we will agree a structure (which pages you want i.e. 'about us' 'our services' 'price list' etc...) page layout and any colour scheme required. We will then ask for you to write the content for these pages and provide any images you have that can be used. Written content will ideally be sent to us by email as a word.doc but it can be hand written. Do not worry if you don not have any pictures as we can source stock images from a range of image libraries on your behalf. The initial stage will also require you to chose a domain name so that we can register for your website. We will be happy to advise on the best domain name available to suit your business and website.
The next stage will be putting the website together for you. The majority of our websites are built using CSS and HTML which make it easy for search engines to rank. A flash website can be provided if preferred but even though they look good, Google and other search engines fond them hard to read so they are not very functional.The home page will be layed out and you will be asked to view it online for approval. Once the design has been approved by you, we will proceed to develop the site...
The development process will involve adding the rest of your pages and linking them together so that your customers can navigate your web site. At this stage, we will add external links to other resources and any widgets, blogs, feeds, or advertising that you require. We will advise you on any recommendations that we feel will improve your website and maximise the business that it will bring in.
The final stage will be to optimise your site for the search engines. It is no good having a website if nobody can find it so we will register it with all of the major search engines and bookmarking sites. If required, we can also integrate your site with your companies Facebook account, Twitter feed and blog. These are useful tools for promoting your website and we can advise on the best way to utilize them. Once these final stages are complete, we will publish your website to the world wide web and send you an email containing all of the web files.
Hosting is included for the forst year and can be provided for a small anual fee thereafter. You are not committed to hosting your web site through Domain Serve and are free to switcg to another hosting provider at any time. You will own the full copyright to your website to do with as you wish.
